ASCEND is our youth development program for students and young adults. We develop life skills that benefit them in the long run, enhance strengths and promote positive outcomes.

We improve stress management skills, and the abilty to navigate daily challenges. We build mindfulness, self-esteem, and emotional stability empowering young adults to stay on track and create a bright future.

Built on a Foundation of Science & Research

All our programs are built on the science of Positive Well-Being, rigorous data analytics, and proven mindfulness based practices. ASCEND develops the skills and confidence to breakthrough limitations.

Additional skills learnt are adopting healthy sleep patterns; eating healthy & exercising regularly; developing coping, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; and learning to manage emotions.

What Does ASCEND Involve?

ASCEND focuses on the individual. The program is conducted over a two-day immersive experience.

Post-program, participants have access to three videos summarizing the program and guided practice videos to support them to stay on track. Monthly, live virtual sessions over three months enable participants to engage more deeply and learn more about the application of the work.

Stress management skills, life balance, flourishing mental health and well-being, and peer group support unleash their journey to success.
